Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book and attend the Claude AI Practical Workshop run by Citrus Arc Studio. By paying for a booking, you agree to them.

1. The class

Each booking is for one person, for one topic, at one date and time. Classes are 2 hours, held in person at DRE Coffee @ Edusphere, Cyberjaya. Every time slot takes one booking.

2. Booking and payment

  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and shown before you pay. Promotional prices apply only while shown on the website.
  • You pay online through CHIP. Your seat is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
  • A slot is held for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment isn't completed, the slot is released.
  • Please give correct contact details: we use them to send your confirmation and reminders.

3. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

  • Reschedule: free, up to 24 hours before your class, subject to available slots.
  • Cancel 24 hours or more before: full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
  • If we cancel (for example, illness or an emergency), you choose between a new date or a full refund.
  • If you arrive late, the class still ends at the scheduled time.

To reschedule or cancel, email hello@citrusarc.studio or WhatsApp us. Refunds can take a few working days to reach you.

4. What you need to bring

A working laptop with a charger, and a Claude account (the free plan works for most of the class). Some features, such as connecting Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive, need a paid Claude plan, which you buy separately from Anthropic if you want it. We don't provide laptops or Claude subscriptions.

5. Claude and other services

Claude is a product of Anthropic. Citrus Arc Studio is an independent trainer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic, Google, Meta, TikTok or WhatsApp. Your use of those services is under their own terms. Their features and prices may change without notice.

6. What you can expect

We'll teach practical, hands-on skills and help you build a project for your topic. AI tools can make mistakes, so always check their output before using it. Results such as views, sales or time saved depend on how you apply what you learn, and aren't guaranteed.

7. Your work and our materials

  • Anything you create in class belongs to you.
  • The prompt pack and class notes are for your own personal or business use. Please don't resell or republish them.
  • We only take photos of you, or share your feedback, with your permission.

8. The venue

DRE Coffee @ Edusphere, Cyberjaya is a public café run by a third party. Please follow its rules and look after your own belongings. Food and drinks are not included in the class fee.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

10. Personal data

How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
